Your Wedding

To help make your planning as easy as possible we've outlined the ceremony, reception, accommodation, and pre-wedding prep options that have proven successful for past couples. Your creativity is the only limit at Hidden Acres!

Ceremony Options

The Chapel features 24 reclaimed wood pews along with 2 "Mother" pews, rustic chandeliers, and a built in AV system. 

Outdoor ceremonies usually happen at The Ceremony Pond or The Waterfall, where you and your guests are surrounded by the beauty of nature.

Reception Options

The Courtyard is is perfect for intimate al fresco dining or your cocktail hour.

The Pavilion offers a  DJ area, and mobile bar. The Courtyard and Pavilion combined can host 350 people. 

 

 

The Ballroom is the jewel at the heart of Hidden Acres. With over 4,000 square feet of reception space, the party can go all night!

Depending on your seating arrangements, up to 450 people can comfortably fit inside The Ballroom.

Accommodations

The Inn at Hidden Acres can comfortably keep your family & friends close by for the weekend's festivities.

The Cabin comes with a full kitchen and 2 bedrooms and a pull out queen sofa.

The Salon & The Groom's Cave

The Salon is equipped with salon-quality chairs & mirrors, which allows your hair & make-up artists to come to you. 

The Groom's Cave offers a flat screen TV, restroom & and a nice seating area to keep the guys occupied before the ceremony. 

Catering Needs

When it comes to your catering needs, we've got you all set up. Not only do we offer a full catering kitchen, we also offer a covered spot for all your grilling needs. The catering kitchen includes 2 fridges, commercial sink, stainless steal prep table, 2 stoves,commercial ice machine, microwave, deep freezer, and commercial trash disposal. 

The covered grilling area has sink and counter space and is easily accessible to The Pavilion and The Ballroom. There is plenty of parking for vendors around back of the catering kitchen for load-in and load-out during your wedding weekend. 

Other Good Things To Know

  • You have complete freedom to choose your own creative team (aka your fabulous wedding vendors).

  • Your rental starts Thursday morning at 8:30 AM and ends on Sunday whenever you (or your representatives) are done cleaning.

  • The rental comes with its own set of chairs (Chiavari and folding), 60" round tables, cocktail tables (round & farm table style), plus 10 full-size farm tables.

  • You have a BUILT-IN RAIN PLAN for your entire weekend. If stormy weather comes up, move everything inside and keep the celebration going!

  • All buildings are smoke-free. Designated smoking areas exist outside of each building.
